  • Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • Limited drop items are final sale, but may qualify for store credit at our discretion

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 5 days of delivery with photographic proof, and we’ll make it right with a replacement.

Exchange Process

Once we receive and inspect your item, your exchange or store credit will be processed.

Because we are a small team handling shipping, verification, and restocking by hand, please allow up to 3 weeks for the full exchange process to be completed.

Because our materials and production are truly small-scale, quantities are extremely limited and styles may sell out quickly.
