At The Cloth, we’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit on eligible items to help ensure you end up with the perfect fit 🤍 As a small boutique working with limited quantities and mindful hygiene standards, all items must meet eligibility requirements outlined below.

What We Offer

We offer exchanges or store credit on eligible items.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • Sale items are final sale, but may qualify for store credit at our discretion

To begin an exchange or store credit request, please email hello@polyestersucks.com with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 5 days of delivery with photographic proof, and we’ll make it right with a replacement.

Exchange Process

Once we receive and inspect your item, your exchange or store credit will be processed.

Because we are a small team handling shipping, verification, and restocking by hand, please allow up to 3 weeks for the full exchange process to be completed.

Shipping Notes

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • We are not responsible for packages lost in transit

International Orders

International orders are eligible for exchanges or store credit only. Additional shipping fees may apply depending on location.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to make a change? We’ve got you.

Because orders are processed quickly, requests to cancel or edit must be made within 4 hours of purchase. After that, we’re unable to guarantee changes.
