Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During high-volume periods such as sales or new launches, processing may take additional time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–8 business days from the date of shipment. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location. Free shipping thresholds, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout and apply to standard shipping only.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Duties & Customs

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees assessed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on destination and package size. Carrier selection is at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us. For packages lost in transit, please reach out and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can make changes only before the order has been processed.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work to make it right.
