The ultimate coziness. 100% super-soft Irish merino wool, in an iconic fisherman weave that will never go out of style. Merino wool has a shorter fiber than normal wool, giving a plush feel that doesn't itch. No polyester, no acrylic, no synthetics, just natural softness.

This piece is a collaborative effort with a family-owned artisan operation in Ireland. Every piece is created from beautiful locally-sourced wool, shorn ethically and free from pesticides or chemicals.

Note: Because this sweater is raw wool and not superwashed, please wash on the delicates cycle and air-dry by laying the piece flat (not on a hanger, where it will stretch).

Between two sizes? Go by bust for tops and dresses, by hip for skirts and pants.

Why Non-Toxic Fabric?

Why Non-Toxic Fabric?

The average woman wears plastic every day without realizing it. Polyester. Rayon. Nylon. Spandex. These are petroleum-based synthetics, and they do more damage than you think. Polyester doesn't just harm the planet, it sheds microplastics that have now been found in human blood, lung tissue, and breast milk.

Did you know that synthetic materials contain up to 62,000 unregulated chemicals? The current textile industry is the unregulated wild west. So much damage is being done to our environment and our health by major fast-fashion companies.

Not here.

Every piece we sell is made from linen, wool, or organic cotton. Nothing else. No blends, no synthetics, no shortcuts.

We produce in small batches, drop by drop, because we'd rather do less and do it well.

We're a female-owned team and we work exclusively with certified European linen, organic cotton from Peru, and Irish wool spun by local artisans. We ship every order ourselves. We know exactly what's in every piece we sell, and know you'll feel the difference for yourself.

say goodbye to microplastics.

The "fast fashion" industry profits off selling you toxic fabrics.

Not only are these plastic items destroying our environment, they are deregulating our bodies and causing inflammation; a leading cause of illness and disease.

Here at The Cloth, we take our word seriously. No polyester, ever.

Only 100% natural fibers, sourced with love.

“Completely obsessed with this linen. It's soft and breathable, not at all stiff and uncomfortable like linen I've tried from other places before."

Frequently asked questions

Why is it important to wear only natural fibers?

Polyester sheds microplastics into the blood stream, disrupts hormones, and carries the same frequency as a diseased human body.

We think you deserve better.

Everything on this site is natural, curated with love, and designed to elevate your physical frequency.

Where is your fabric from?

All our pieces are handmade and sourced from small-batch, ethical artisans. We work closely with makers in Italy and Ireland, for our 100% Italian linen, organic cotton, and Irish wool, respectively.

Because our materials and production are truly small-scale, quantities are extremely limited and styles may sell out quickly.

Thank you for your patience as we restock.
